Aligning customer expectations to our expectations and realising that they are the same. A fine balance between Input – Output was achieved when working on Asian Paints ‘ Daag Se Kya Darna’ campaign by understanding the client needs and delivering accordingly. Extensive on ground market research, in depth understanding of the target group and extending that knowledge to meet the brief objectives. Collective ownership was the ‘secret sauce’ that helped us treat the customer’s business as our own. An Asian Paints project that has definitely left its mark on the consumer.
